Nationwide freight coverage.

We move the freight other brokers quietly pass on.

Flatbed, RGN, reefer, oversized, and the loads with hard pickup windows. We're a boutique-style Dallas brokerage. Real live dispatch agents — not voicemail. The trailer that shows up matches the rate con. And every load comes with 24-hour load tracking.

Vetted carrier network

Most weeks we quote inside an hour. Hot loads inside 15 minutes.

Who calls us

If your last broker ghosted you on a load that mattered, we're probably a fit.

Most of our shippers run plants, build sites, distribute food, or move construction equipment. They don't have time to chase status updates.

01 Plants & manufacturers Inbound parts, outbound finished goods, and the JIT runs that hold up a line if they're late.
02 Builders & rental yards Excavators, lifts, steel coils, and project freight on flatbed, step deck, or RGN.
03 Food & produce Reefer loads where the temp and the appointment are non-negotiable.
04 3PLs & distributors Overflow capacity when your primary carrier can't cover and the dock is loading up.
What goes wrong

Three things that turn a routine load into a fire drill.

Bad freight days usually come from the same places. Here's what we watch for, and how we keep it from happening.

Silence after booking

"I haven't heard from them in 14 hours."

You shouldn't have to chase. We send pickup confirmation, an in-transit ping at the halfway mark, and the POD the day it delivers.

Wrong trailer at the dock

"They sent a 48 ft when I asked for a 53."

Equipment, length, straps, tarps, reefer setpoint. We confirm in writing before the truck rolls.

Cheap rate, expensive delivery

"Saved $200, blew a $20K appointment."

The lowest quote almost always comes from the carrier who can't actually cover the lane. We won't sell you that load.

What we cover

Services we book most weeks.

If your load fits one of these, we can get you a rate today. If it doesn't, call anyway. We'll either book it or tell you who can.

Why us

A boutique-style Dallas brokerage that books like the big shops, without the call-center wait.

Most freight problems aren't pricing problems. They're communication problems. Here's how we handle it differently.

  • One dispatcher owns your load from booking to POD. You'll know their name.
  • Insurance and authority verified before the truck rolls.
  • Pickup and delivery confirmed in writing with driver contact, arrival window, and status updates.
  • If we mess up, we own it on the call. No shifting blame to the trucking company.

Industries

Freight we book most.

If you ship one of these, you'll spend less time explaining the load to dispatch.

Manufacturing plant warehouse with pallets ready for shipment
Manufacturing

Inbound parts and outbound finished goods.

If your dock is the bottleneck of the line, missed pickups cost more than the rate. We schedule against your appointment, not ours.

Construction equipment loaded on a flatbed trailer
Construction

Yellow iron, steel, and jobsite drops.

Permits, escorts, height clearance, and a foreman who needs the load there before crew shows up. We've done it before.

Produce being loaded into a refrigerated trailer
Food & produce

Reefer loads where the temp isn't optional.

Continuous setpoint, pulp temps at the dock, and drivers who know not to shut the unit off at fuel stops.

Distribution warehouse with stacked goods
3PL & distribution

Overflow when your primary can't cover.

Recurring lanes, weekly volume, and the rush calls when one of your trucks goes down on a Monday morning.

How it works

Three steps. No handoffs.

From the first call to the POD landing in your inbox.

STEP 01

Send the load.

Origin, destination, pickup window, weight, and equipment. Form, email, or phone. Whatever's faster for you.

STEP 02

We quote and book.

Rate back inside an hour on most lanes. Carrier vetted before we hit confirm.

STEP 03

We track and close.

Pickup confirmed in writing, in-transit ping at the halfway mark, POD in your inbox the day it delivers.

What working with us actually looks like.

Five checkpoints. Same dispatcher the whole way.

Honest comparison

Why shippers move loads to us.

It usually isn't about saving $50 on a rate. It's about not spending Tuesday morning on hold trying to find a truck.

What you usually get

Generic load-board broker

  • You get the rate. After that, dead air.
  • Truck shows up smaller than the rate con said.
  • You're the one calling for updates.
  • Your flatbed load gets quoted by someone who's never strapped one down.
  • Three reps touch the load. None of them own it.
  • POD takes a week. Invoice longer.
What we do

New Realm

  • One dispatcher. Direct cell. Picks up after hours when it matters.
  • Equipment confirmed in writing before we issue the rate con.
  • We call you with updates before you'd think to ask.
  • Open deck, reefer, and project freight quoted by people who've booked it for years.
  • Same person from booking to POD.
  • Signed POD same day. Invoice the next.
What shippers tell us

The conversations that usually start the relationship.

Composite quotes pulled from intake calls. Names removed. Sentiment intact.

"Our last broker was great until something went wrong, and then nobody could find them. I just want a number that gets answered."
Logistics manager Mid-size manufacturer, DFW
"I needed a 12 ft 6 in load moved in 48 hours with permits in three states. The other broker said yes and then disappeared."
Operations director Construction equipment, Texas
"Reefer at 34 degrees, multi-stop, hard delivery window. I want to give the load to someone who's done it, not someone who's going to learn on me."
Cold chain lead Food distribution, Southeast lanes
Free lane audit

Send us one lane. We'll tell you what you're overpaying for.

Pick a lane you run regularly. We'll come back with a written read-out: where your rate sits versus the market, the carriers you're using, and what we'd change if we ran it. No commitment.

  • Rate benchmark against current spot and contract data.
  • Carrier review: authority age, insurance, CSA scores.
  • Where in the process the visibility breaks down.
  • One page you can hand to your boss.
FAQ

Questions shippers ask before they call us.

What freight do you handle?

Truckload, flatbed, RGN, reefer, expedited, project freight, intermodal, and warehousing. We book oversized and over-dimensional weekly. If your load doesn't fit a dropdown on a load board, that's the freight we want.

Can I just call instead of using the form?

Yes. 214-285-2960. The form is faster because it captures the lane, weight, and pickup window in one shot, but a phone call works fine.

Do you handle one-off project loads?

Yes. We book project freight, machinery moves, RGN runs, and over-dimensional loads regularly. Give us 48 hours when permits are involved.

I'm a carrier. How do I get loads?

Use our carrier-onboarding link. Upload your W-9, Carrier Agreement, COI, and Authority/safety rating in one session. Once your file clears, call dispatch and we'll match you to lanes.

Where are you based?

We coordinate loads nationwide from one dispatch team and cover all 48 lower states plus cross-border Mexico.
